W. Nicholas Howley, Nick, is the Founder and Executive Chairman of TransDigm Group Inc. (NYSE/TDG). TransDigm Group, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, is a leading producer of a wide array of highly engineered aerospace components and other industrial components. The company has acquired sixty-five proprietary aerospace businesses since its formation in 1993. TransDigm’s revenues are approximately $4 billion and current enterprise value is about $30 billion.
Nick is currently on the Board of Directors of TransDigm Group and Consolidated Precision Products. Additionally, he is on the Warburg Pincus IBS Advisory Board, as well as the investment advisory boards for CapitalWorks LLC, Bratenahl Capital Partners and Cohesive Capital.
Nick received his B.S. degree in Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA from Harvard University. He is married to Lorie Howley. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren.
Robert Mooney
Private Investor
Robert Mooney is an investor with more than 35 years of experience in management, ownership, board and transaction work with chemical and other businesses both private and public. He currently serves as Chair of the Mooney Family Council that represents the interests of the shareholders of a private, family owned, international specialty materials business. Bob is a founder and first board chair of St. Martin de Porres High School in Cleveland OH, a Cristo Rey Network High School. He has served on several non-profit boards focusing primarily on education. As an owner and Director, he was integrally involved in the negotiation and sale of Mooney Chemicals, Inc. (a Cleveland based metal catalyst manufacturer) to a large foreign buyer. After joining Mooney Chemicals in 1979, he served in various capacities including VP of Marketing and CFO.
Bob left Mooney Chemicals in 1987 to acquire Aerosol Systems, Inc., a leading automotive/industrial aerosol custom packager. As owner and CEO, the Company was ultimately sold to Momentum, Inc. Prior to the time, he worked for Rohm & Haas, a major international chemical manufacturer. Additionally, from 1995 to 1997 he was a Director of Haverfield Corporation, the public holding company for Home Bank, FSB, a Cleveland based thrift institution. As a key outside board member, he was instrumental in the 1997 sale of Home Bank to Charter One FSB.
Bob was also a pilot in the US Air Force – honorably discharged as a Captain. He has a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering from St. Louis University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Robert McCreary

Rob McCreary is the founder and Chairman of CapitalWorks,LLC, an established middle market private equity firm which is now investing out of its fourth fund. He has over 40 years of transactional experience as an attorney, investment banker and private equity fund manager, and has a strong track record of building successful organizations.
Prior to founding CapitalWorks in 1999, Rob was co-founder and president of Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Co., where he specialized in merger and acquisition strategies for public and private corporations. In 1997 Carleton, McCreary, Holmes & Co. was sold to Key Bank where Rob continued to lead the combined investment banking effort. Prior to that, he was a Partner at the law firm of Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP in Cleveland Ohio.
Rob graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Amherst College. He received a law degree from Case Western Reserve Law School and was Chairman of the Moot Court Board.
Dominic V. Perry

Dominic V. Perry is a Principal in Western Reserve Trust Company in Cleveland, Ohio. He is licensed to practice law in Ohio and Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Ohio. He received his law degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School and his undergraduate degree in Finance from The Ohio State University.
